Received the wrong item?
Did you receive the wrong item? Please contact us right away at Info@mariellerosaliedeauville.fr, including:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you ordered
- The name of the item you received
- A photo of the item received.
We will resolve it immediately and make sure you receive the correct item.

Right of withdrawal
Under current European consumer protection law (updated June 19, 2026), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.
Important: The right of withdrawal only begins once your package is officially considered delivered. This is the case when your tracking information shows the status "Delivered." As long as your package is in transit, you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal.
To cancel the contract
How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
- The right of withdrawal applies for 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Within this period, send us an email at Info@mariellerosaliedeauville.fr with your order number and a statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- The item must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method.
