4. Shipping and delivery

4.6 Customs, import duties, and import VAT (DDU/DAP – Importer)
All products sold on this site are delivered duty unpaid (DDU) / delivered at place (DAP). This means the customer is fully responsible for all obligations and costs related to importation into the destination country, including (for example) customs duties, import VAT (or equivalent taxes), customs clearance fees, administrative fees, and/or charges levied by customs, the postal service, or carriers.
The seller does not act as the importer of record for any order. The seller does not use its own IOSS or EORI number for customer orders.
The customer accepts that any payment requests (customs duties/VAT/fees) may be made by the carrier or the relevant authorities at the time of delivery or during customs clearance. The seller is not responsible for delays, blockages, refusals, or penalties resulting from the customer's non-payment or non-compliance with the import regulations of the destination country.
The customer is advised to check the applicable import regulations in their country in advance to avoid unexpected costs.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

5.1 The consumer benefits from a 30-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the goods. This period is longer than the statutory minimum period of 14 days set out in Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and constitutes a voluntary commercial extension offered by ........

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • personalized or custom-made items;
  • products on sale;
  • underwear, socks, lingerie, or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5.3 To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must send a request by email to Info@mariellerosaliedeauville.fr, stating:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

5.4 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of manufacturing errors or defects attributable to ........

6. Warranty and defective products
