  • It must show no signs of wear, odor, or damage.
  • Items returned without their original packaging or damaged may be refused.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return procedure

  1. Request authorization:
    Send an email to Info@mariellerosaliedeauville.fr including:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
  • Full name and address
  1. Wait for confirmation:
    You will receive precise instructions and the address for shipping the return.
    ⚠️ Do not send the package to the sender's address shown on the original packaging.
  2. Ship the return:
    Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (starting from €20).
    We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  3. Processing:
    Once the item is received and verified, the return will be processed within 7 business days.
    If approved, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Refund

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The amount will be credited within 14 days of receiving the approved return.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the case of partial returns, the discount applied to the order will be recalculated proportionally.

Order cancellations

Orders are processed automatically to ensure fast delivery times. As a result, it is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed.
If you wish to return an item, you must wait for delivery and follow the standard return procedure.

Refused or unclaimed packages

In the case of a refused or unclaimed package, a handling and shipping fee of €18.49 will be charged.
This amount covers the costs incurred for logistics and the refund of the item.

Items in transit

Our products are shipped from our international warehouses.
While in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order.
In the event of withdrawal, you must wait for delivery, then proceed with the return according to the instructions.

Defective or incorrect items

In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by writing to Info@mariellerosaliedeauville.fr, attaching photos and a description of the problem.
We will offer you a solution as quickly as possible (replacement or refund).

Effects of withdrawal

In case of a valid withdrawal, ........ will refund the customer all payments received, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs related to alternative delivery methods chosen by the customer).
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
